Return & Exchange Policy

Items are only eligible for return or exchange if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was provided. To process online order concerns, customers must submit a clear unedited unboxing video showing both the external packaging and the item received upon opening. This allows us to properly assess whether the issue is due to a product defect or courier handling.


For in-store purchases, items must be checked carefully before leaving the store. Once purchased, items bought in-store are considered final and are no longer eligible for refund or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.


Please note that change of mind, incorrect size selection, wrong color choice, or accidental purchases made by the customer are not valid reasons for return, refund, or exchange.
